In addition to participating in the tournament, the Sharp Shooters joined the Oakland Grizzlies for an exhibition game then a private training at the 5 Star Hockey training facility inside Viking Arena. The 5 Star Hockey training facility includes a Total Hockey speed ramp for developing first stride quickness, three different shooting stations to improve accuracy and power, and a “quick hands” stickhandling station to develop quicker, heads up stick handling as well as an open exercise and training are.
